How To Use

Use only after your incision has been checked by your midwife or healthcare professional and confirmed clean, closed and dry.

Ensure the surrounding skin is clean and completely dry.

Open the pouch and carefully remove the hydrogel pad.

Peel away the first release paper marked (1).

Position the hydrogel side gently over the closed incision area.

Smooth the dressing from the centre outwards to secure it.

Remove the second release paper marked (2).

Wear for a maximum of 72 hours, or remove sooner if necessary.
For additional cooling comfort, place the unopened pad in the refrigerator before application.
How To Remove
Hold the centre of the pad and gently stretch the adhesive edges outward, following the direction of hair growth. Avoid pulling the dressing directly upward from the skin.

Do not use on an open, infected or suspected infected wound. Seek medical advice if infection or irritation occurs.
